Zdravka Vladova-Momcheva, born in Bulgaria, has lived in the UK since 2000.
She published her first collection of poetry, “Transformations”, in 1999 (in Bulgarian).
Her second collection, “A child, a woman and a prophetess”, was published in 2000,
followed by the bilingual “These Simple Things”, which was part of the cultural initiative
"Bulgarian Easter," organized by the Bulgarian government. Her first novel, “The Road”,
was published in 2002 and presented that year to Bulgarian readers in the UK at the
Bulgarian Embassy in London. Zdravka is the first prize winner of the Second Annual Poetry Competition,
“Dance with Words 2006”, sponsored by Palabras Press, Canada, and her most recent collection,
“Thracian Treasure”, had been published by the same house (click here
to read the awarded poem "The Song of Orpheus"). The second special edition of the book
will be available at the end of July 2006 in her country of origin. Her works are published in international magazines and anthologies.

Hristo Kerin, born on 9th March 1966 in Pazardjik, Bulgaria.
He graduated in Fine arts in 1992 at the University of Veliko Tarnovo "St. St. Cyril and Methodius"
in the class of professor Ivan Marinov. In 1993 he started at the same Faculty as an assistant
and in 2005 he has become an associate professor in graphic arts. He works in the field of graphic
arts, illustrations and ex-libris. Hristo had 13 solo exhibitions and has taken part in
International competitions, biennials and triennials all over the world. He was the first
prize winner of the international ex-libris competition “Water – Source of Life”, Italy 2003.
